-Please note that all fan letters and gifts sent to us will be opened and checked by our staff before being handed over to the artists themselves.
-As a rule, fan letters and gifts will not be returned once they have been sent.
-Please make sure to clearly indicate the name of the artist before sending your gift.
-Please note that the staff reserves the right to refuse to accept dangerous items, food, drink, living creatures, cash, money certificates (including gift cards and prepaid cards), etc. Please understand this in advance.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any items sent with insufficient postage or cash-on-delivery.
