Tacitly will perform at "TUBEOUT!", a virtual artist festival held as part of "Bilibili World 2024", a large-scale exhibition in Shanghai by Chinese video streaming platform Bilibili.

<What is TUBEOUT!>

is a virtual festival of "VTuber x Anime Songs" held in various locations around the world. It is a music festival where Japanese VTubers and VTubers from other countries perform anime songs and get excited with fans from all over the world. Using virtual reality and live streaming technology, the festival aims to spread Japanese anime music and VTuber culture around the world. This will be the third time the festival will be held overseas, after Los Angeles in July 2024.
